This will be achieved by encouraging and fostering a collaborative approach that will identify synergies to effect measurable and sustainable long-term change.

The Canadian Multicultural LEAD Organization For Mentoring and Training is a registered non-profit organization founded with a vision of being a catalyst to enable individuals and organizations to work together to address the needs of those living in at-risk and under-served communities across Ontario

Our mandate focuses on the guiding principles of Leadership, Empowerment, Achievement, and Determination.  Our hope is that an innovative approach of integrated thinking will motivate youth and adults to get involved in making their communities a better place for everyone.

Together we will work to successfully turn challenges into opportunities, building a cohesive multicultural community that will surpass present expectations.
